Mary Beshara is a Clinical Nurse Specialist who has been practicing Nursing for 23 years and Advanced Nursing since 2002. She graduated from St. Olaf with her undergraduate degree, and the University of Minnesota with her Advanced Practice Nursing degree with special studies through the Center for Spirituality and Healing.
Mary is also certified in pain management, NADA protocol, essential oil therapy, herbal studies, reflexology, and integrative imagery. Mary’s passion is to help patients heal- body, mind, and spirit. Mary serves patients of all ages and gender who suffer from health issues including: hormonal imbalance, pain management, inflammatory diseases, chronic fatigue, and more.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys kayaking, gardening, swimming, bike riding, and reading. She is married and has 3 adult children. She currently lives in Apple Valley, MN.
