Erin Funk
Functional Medicine Health & Wellness Coach

Having worked through her own journey with chronic illness, Erin is passionate about helping others thrive body, soul, and spirit, and find and live the life they desire. She enjoys helping patients rediscover their sense of empowerment and self, so that they can experience more of the fullness of life they were intended for in the midst of their healing process.

Erin is a certified Functional Medicine Health and Wellness Coach, through the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. Previously, she attended Colorado State University and has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. In addition, she completed Master Counseling coursework at Denver Seminary. Her professional background includes working in the fields of counseling, pastoral care, healing prayer, human development, and organizational management.

During her free time, Erin loves being in the sunshine and enjoying the beauty of creation. She is new to Minnesota, having recently relocated from California, and enjoys exploring the area to find new hiking trails, kayaking spots, and learning how to garden in a much cooler climate. When not outside, she enjoys connecting with friends and finding ways to encourage and champion others.
