Dr. Bonnie and her late husband worked in church ministry for over 30 years, and she has advanced education in spiritual leadership and theology and holds a ministry license with International Ministry Fellowship (IMF). She continues to be a lifelong learner and
earned a Masters in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Southeastern University in 2022. She continues to volunteer at her local church playing keys on the worship team, leading small groups, and has been on several mission trips. She is also a certified PraiseMoves (Christian alternative to yoga) instructor and leads classes at her church.
She feels a passion and calling to walk with people in their journey toward health in spirit, mind, and body and is extremely humbled and blessed to be part of the Synapse team. She and her husband, John, have nine children between them, and nine grandchildren (so far). They love to spend time with family, serving at church, kayaking, walking, and now look forward to learning to play Pickle Ball.
