Products must be returned at the customer's expense to our Customer Service Department. If shipping by a ground service such as UPS or US Post, you must use our street address.
Full credit will be given on eligible returns made within 60 days from the time of purchase. However, please include a copy of the original invoice (not packing slip) to avoid a 10% restock fee.
Only unopened product are eligible for return.
The 10% restock fee will be charged on any eligible returns made 60-120 days from time of purchase.
All products must be returned within 4 months of purchase date to be eligible for credit. (The exception is homeopathic products which must be returned within 12 months of purchase.)
No returns are allowed on probiotics, nutritional bars, or any product requiring refrigeration. Also, ice packs are no longer returnable for credit. However, when necessary, they are now included with orders at no charge.
Credit will not be given for products that are opened or price marked. Please---no magic markers, no stickers, no glue residue, no torn or scratched labels.
The customer assumes all risks when returning products. Please pack carefully in a sturdy box with enough packing peanuts and bubble wrap to sufficiently cushion products during shipment. Sorry, we cannot credit products that are damaged in transit back to us.
We will give you a courtesy call to advise you of any products that do not meet the criteria for credit. If you would like them returned to you, we will be happy to do so at our standard shipping rate of $8.00.
DAMAGE CLAIMS / SHORT SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your products upon arrival for any damaged or defective items and check for any shortages. In order to start the claims process, please call our Customer Service Department as soon as possible, giving us your Sales Order number. We will be happy to correct the problem as quickly as we can.
